Hello friends welcome back to the Money back guarantee. This will probably be the last one until we start building up to the playoff. Before we get to the picks let’s discuss somethings.

Last week absolutely stunk. I just made bad reads. But we ran into some hard luck too. Notre Dame should have covered, Auburn did everything they could to not cover. Certainly a rivalry week to forget. The overall record is now 43-38 -0.8 units. The best bet slides to 10-7 +1.82 units.

A quick thought before the picks. I wish I could write you guys a bowl extravaganza but we just know absolutely nothing at this point as far as who will opt out what the teams will look like. But you aren’t here to read about me railing against the decline of the bowls. Let’s pick some games.

Duke vs Virginia -3.5 O/U 57.5

I’m absolutely disgusted that this is the ACC championship game. Death to bloated conferences. With that said there’s go to be some money made here. I’ve been steadfast that this Virginia team isn’t that great. I think Duke and Virginia will move the ball rather easily in this game. We’ll take the over 57.5 -115.

Indiana vs Ohio State -4.5 O/U 46.5

The fighting Curt Cignetti’s roll into Indianapolis searching for their first conference championship since 1967. What Cignetti has done for the Hoosiers is staggering. With all that said the Buckeyes are locked in. I know there’s some questions about motivation for the Buckeyes after slaying the proverbial dragon by beating Michigan but I think Day gets them up for this game. We’ll lay the -4.5 -105 with the Buckeyes.

BYU vs Texas Tech -12.5 O/U 49.5

Tricky game to pick in my opinion. On the one hand Texas Tech absolutely whipped BYU down in Lubbock during the regular season. And the Red Raiders didn’t even play their A game. On the other hand BYU has the added motivation of we know we have to win to save our season. Add on top of it all the Sitake stuff that happened this week. Will that motivate his players further, or will it have been a distraction. I just think BYU starts the game with their hair on fire. We’ll take BYU 1st Half +7.5 -124.

Best Bet

Georgia vs Alabama +2.5 O/U 48.5

It is put up or shut up time for the Dawgs. They have been embarrassed by this Bama team far too often in recent memory. The game at home in Athens this season was absurd. I’ve never seen so many 3rd down conversions. I’m also of the opinion that this Alabama team is vastly overrated. I know they had that mid season stretch where they won all those ranked games, but what is the standout performance? We’re going to double up on Georgia here. Georgia 1H -1.5 +106 and Georgia -2.5 -105.
