Hello friends, welcome back to the Money Back Guarantee. Not sure when it happened but all of a sudden we only have 6 weeks left of regular season action. Don’t be sad, enjoy every Saturday we have left.
Last week we kept the line moving. Another 4-1 week for +2.71 units bringing the season long record to 24-18 +4.03 units. The best bet for the week also won, we’re now 9-1 +6.91 units. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love the board. Let’s go straight to the picks shall we?

Ole Miss at Oklahoma -5.5 O/U 52.5
For 3 Quarters Lane Kiffin and his Ole Miss squad had us all believing in Athens. Then the 4th Quarter happened and the Rebel offense got completely shut down. Meanwhile the Sooners took care of business against my South Carolina Gamecocks in Columbia. Ole Miss absolutely feels like the square side here. Every fiber of my being is telling me to take the contrarian side with the Sooners. But if you’ve been reading the blog and listening to the pod I’ve been pretty steadfast in my belief that this Oklahoma team is not that great. What’s the Sooners win your hanging your hat on? Michigan in Bryce Underwood’s first real road test? Teeing off on Jackson Arnold in a game where they benefited from a kind whistle? I’m backing Ole Miss +5.5 -112

Minnesota @ Iowa -8.5 O/U 39.5
Last week we backed the Gophers against Nebraska with much success. That was one of the easiest winners of my career. We’re going back to the well with Minnesota +8.5 and I’d take a look at the moneyline as well. This Minnesota team is a different beast with a healthy Darius Taylor. Row the Boats PJ, Go Gophers.

Northwestern @ Nebraska -7.5 O/U 44.5
Last week Northwestern absolutely fed Purdue its lunch. Meanwhile Nebraska was absolutely horrific against Minnesota. Again I’ve been pretty steadfast in my belief that Nebraska is no good. There’s a bunch of noise around Lincoln with the Penn State opening and I think you see the effects on the field. Until I see otherwise Nebraska shouldn’t be a touchdown favorite against anybody. Give me Northwestern +7.5 -114.

Wisconsin @ Oregon -31.5 O/U 44.5
We stay in B1G Ten country for this pick. After a disappointing home loss to the Hoosiers the Ducks rebounded by absolutely smashing New Jersey’s very own Rutgers Scarlett Knights. The Ducks hung a 40 spot in the first half. I’ve been critical of Lanning but I do think that he’s good at rallying the troops and I see that carrying on here. Wisconsin comes limping into Eugene with a 5 game losing streak. Compound that with the fact they haven’t scored a touchdown since the first quarter of the Michigan game, I think the Badgers are DOA. Don’t overthink this one folks, Ducks -31.5 -108.
Best Bet

Houston @ Arizona State -7.5 O/U 46.5
I don’t think anyone player in the country is more valuable to their team is than Sam Leavitt is to the Sun Devils. For Leavitt to come back and lead his team to a win over Texas Tech? That deserves a ton of praise. Houston has been a good story so far and Willie Fritz is a damn good ball coach but this is a step up in competition. We’re going to lay the points with Sun Devils here. Arizona State -7.5 -102, book it.
