We’re back with picks for week two in the NFL. Week one was absolute minefield from a gambling perspective, mostly because we’re still in that “feeling out stage” of the season. I expect more of the back and forth in week two and we’re trying to account for that, but it won’t be easy at all. Last week two of us went 2-1 while two went 1-2. If there is a theme this week, its big favorites, as across the map you’ll see lots of crooked numbers. Usually, gamblers lean away from those, but I think this week feels like time to lean into it. Let’s find some winners everyone!

I loved Houston’s physicality last week with Joe Mixon running it, I think they teach Chicago a lesson 
The Seahawks kicked off the Mike McDonald era with a win, and they should get to 2-0 in New England this week 
I know leaning into Malik Willis is quite the lean, but I think Green Bay leans on Josh Jacobs and the defense to grind it out

Brock Purdy got off to a hot start in week one, and Ty feels like that continues in Minny 
Jameson Williams looked like his long-awaited breakout is finally here, if it is the Lions just got even more dangerous 
Ironic for Tyler the Eagles fan to pick the Cowboys for the second straight week, but this is a great spot for Dallas to get to 2-0 at home

Mike’s the Lions to win at home in a rematch of last year’s divisional round matchup, expect points here 
The Ravens are frustrated after week one, Mike doesn’t expect them to drop another one against a mediocre Raiders team 
Both of these offenses looked sharp in week one, so it feels like points are on the menu
